I currently have a 19 pitch 3 blade prop on the boat and can get a 21 ptich high five for a good price, will this work?

It depends on how low your top engine rps can go.... and what you want to do with your boat. Usually your local merc dealer can help you choose the right prop, then find it cheaper elsewhere
