Probably talk directly to the perfect pass people. They were extremely helpful when I spoke with them before purchasing a system for my boat. Could be wrong, but they really just seemed like genuinely helpful people. _________________ How do you apologize to a friend for something like that? Flowers would not be enough. |

Yeah, the old servo seized, and when trying to unseize it i broke the knob... got the knew servo and the pp works with the broken knob but it slowly slips on the servo spindle and after a few minutes half the throttle is dead and you have to cycle the boat to get the cable to rewind haha... _________________ They know what is what but they dono what is what they just strut. |

Bummer. Any idea what made it seize up? Hope it doesn't happen to mine.
You could always zip tie the throttle up so that you can go old school and use the throttle manually. _________________ How do you apologize to a friend for something like that? Flowers would not be enough. |

Uhmm actually quite a few people I know have had em seized... They simply cannot handle the wet environment I am guessing... the new servo was 50 bucks and 10 minutes to swap so if it seizes every 5 years its not a big deal haha.
They probably seize more in canada since they are out of service for 8 months of the year... _________________ They know what is what but they dono what is what they just strut. |

Youll need a new throttle cable. Youll have to see who has them in stock. I think theyre around 35 bucks or so. Perfect pass usually requires second day air fedex and charges like ~30 bucks just for shipping. Skier to Skier or only inboards might have them in stock. call up and find out. _________________ Long Island, NY & Canada Lake, NY (addirondacks)
