Best Setting for Trim/Wake Plater (On Calabria or others)

I haven't had much of a chance to play with the trim plate on my new Calabria, since one of the hydraulic arms was frozen when I picked it up. So I have left it pretty much horizontal and just adjusted the ballast to size up my wake. I should be getting it back from the dealer today, so I was wondering what adjustments work best for dialing in a big, decent wake? I know most other boats have a similar plate - so how does this actually affect your wake?

I'm not sure how calabria's are, but i do know that supras/moombas really change the shape of the wake. Down is more steep, up is more mellow. I personally like them somewhere a little more than halfway down when i ride, i'd just experiment.
