|
|
After getting the motivation I needed from you guys on here that have attempted interior restorations, I finally bit the bullet and completed my 88 Malibu. Thank God my Mother in Law has mad sewing skills as she was able to sew the seats for me. I only have about $200 in vinyl, $100 in wood and $110 in carpet. Couldn't salvage the drivers seat so that cost me $170.
Before:
Still looking for hydraulic cylinders for the 2 side compartment lids. Currently using a table leg lock arm to hold them up. They fit the Fat Sac Blocks perfectly.
Another of the deck.

Wow! Could you post a couple pics of the whole boat? How's the wake? Time to plumb the ballast! Gotta love the older open-bows! I have an 87 Supra SunSport open bow. _________________ 1987 Supra SunSport |

Very impressive! Looks like you have a nice boat there that didn't set you back $50k. Wake in the picture looks good too. _________________ 2010 Watson Hybrid
