70 is about standard in wakeboard ropes. The longer you go usually the faster you need to be pulled. I ride at 23.2 and 75 feet. I occasionally ride at 80 and 23.7 mph. The further back you go the wider the wake making it easier to take large tricks wake to wake instead to flats, thus saving your knees (at least thats my reason)...If I am trying to learn a new trick sometimes I slow down to 22.5 and pull the rope into 70 narrower wake and a little lippier..but it is where you feel comfortable... _________________ www.wakeboardoklahoma.com www.okcboardshop.com
