I was wondering if there is disadvantage to using a hindge binding? They are easy to get in and out of quickly...I am a newbie and this year we are going to try to master w2w jumps, and maybe some grabs....I have used the pull string bindings and they were uncomfortable, and kind of a pain to get into...

Also, is there a measurement on how open or closed your feet should be? Or how wide your feet should be...

Thank you,
