| i ran across parks info on wikipedia, and they have it listed that he landed the 1080 on accident after doing a photoshoot for a 900, he overspun it! thats so badass to be able to say, "oops, i just landed a 10" |

I'm not sure about that. My first 1080 was when I was trying for a grabbed BS HS 180. I'd drunk a load of cider and was kind of dizzy... |

Errr; big wurm maybe, but not very likely to be a wirly 7 IMO
And I have read the trying a 9 landed a 10 story somewhere else before, not saying its true, I just heard it somewhere else. _________________ Niiiiiiiiice |

| I remember that issue. It was when 9's were a new thing, there was only a few guys doing them. WBM was doing a article about 9's. The story is they were shooting Parks doing 9's. He was stickin them like they were nothin. He told them he was going to try a 1080. He landed it first try. Thats what the article said in that issue. I remember reading that and thinking how cool it was. I would have never guess it would have been 7 years before someone landed it again. Makes you respect Parks riding even more. His gear was no were near what ppl are riding now, he just flat out rips!!! |

Ralph, i think Mitchell is just stressing the fact that its not likely you land tricks on accident.. _________________ Wake Forest University |

There's no way you accidentally land a fs 10 trying a 9, because the last 180 is BS and requires a handle pass or landing wrapped, like pb's. _________________
