Difference in the 2007 / 2008 Slingshot boards?

Looking into getting a response 142, any huge diff in the 07/ 08 models


And whats the difference between it and the recoil?

the response is a continuous rocker and the recoil is a 3-stage. with the 07's, you can only use slingshot bindings with the boards but with 08's you can use any company's bindings, the shapes are the same
