I run my supra in brackish-salt water ever time we take her out. After every outing I flush it out. I'm getting sick of retrofitting a garden hose to a 2 inch rubber hose and attaching it to the water inlet. Has anyone engineered themselves a quicker system? I was thinking about installing a some type of bypass valve with a "female" garden hose hook up to make the job quicker. Any suggestions would be awesome. _________________
That should work, but I would replace the shutoff valve with a backwater valve. With a backwater valve you do not have to remember to open it each time. The water pressure from the hose will seal the backwater valve and send the water through the block. _________________ Boating in th Adirondacks
my dad getto rigged some thing out of pvc and all you do is just undo the waterhose in the boat from the intake and hook it up cost like 4 bucks i think to make it _________________ Lanexa VA
