tower speakers

So i think i am going to pick up these speakers for my tower.

I am going to buy the cans from diywake.com but i wanted to know what you thought of these speakers and this amp. How will it sound 75ft behind my boat?

snobo4rder08, The DIYWake cans are good quality for sure and so long you're on fresh water they will be a great buy. However, for the cash you're spending and the effort involved I'd really advise you try the Kicker KMT6 Tower speakers... they can be found for less than $250 on ebay and will sound far far better. Here at Wakeboard Towers HQ on recent product testing the KMT6's outperformed pretty much everything we had.. only thing thats better by any distance is the Wetsounds gear - but thats around 4 times the price!

Take a look for the thread on "KMT6 tower speaker review" - it is fairly recent.
