HELP!!!! small accident

we were putting in gunwalle speakers on my 1980 ski nautique and 4 screws went through, i think there are 2 holes in the painted lettering on the sides of the boat.

is there a cost effective way to fill and paint match the holes or should we just take it to a shop?

Boat stores have a small white epoxy you can buy it should work. I used it for small chips in the gel coat decking.
