I'm planning to get a watson 138 or PS3. Do you not like yours anymore?
Just wanting something new?
"How much for the Watson?"

Any Blues Bros fans here?

liquidforce12,
I know the covin is locked in, and fast from what my friend said who has one. I didn't get a chance to ride it, but both of my buds said it's locked in and fast

yes i have happened to ride all 3 of these boards.

covin = fastest board ive ever seen, pretty much the fastest board out there. Pretty tight, but can break free easily and very smooth pop.

murray = medium speed, a ton faster and better than the 06-07 murray, loosest of the 3, decent pop, all around smooth. Only had one set on this so I don;t know it as well as the others.

mana = speed is on the slower side, unless you crank on edge. Best mix of edge hold/release and pop is large but smooth. I flippin' loved this board except it wore me out being slower than the covin (which I rode all last year).

This year I went with the Frontier, because it is looser than the covin but faster than the mana with all the smooth pop found in the other two. This is really a fun stick and probably what I should have rode last year as well. Again this is just what I thought hopefully you gained a little bit of info on these boards' personaility.

The murray is not too loose by any means. Infact, I thought the watson (finless) was the loosest board I have ever ridden. If you put in the tiny wakeskate-like center fin that it comes with the murray, im sure it will be fine.

While I only rode the watson once last year, I do remember that it was no dog in the speed dept. I think the mana will be a touch slower, but that is only my personal feel. I do think the frontier has a little faster glide than the watson.

Demo these boards if you can, it will be the only way to decide for yourself and not end up making a regretful decision.
