Just tried to switch mine out and it wont work because on you fat sac pump u have the nosel kind of thing that goes into the fat sac and it is connected with 4 strews and the bilge pump doesnt have any. This was what is was like on my Natique at least

If you have a dd, just try letting your sack drain into the engine and letting the bilge pump it out.
