hey im looking for a good skin board. i was watching blue torch today and it was like one that was like a minnie surfbord and it would work in the water and the sand. it looked kind of like the new hyperlite land lock boards but im not shure. i want one but i dont know where to look or anything anyhelp or anything would be excelent/

skim=fun as stuff. i have a lot of scars from it tho. beaches don't give as much as my lake does on falls. lol

skim boards are pretty fun I went to Oregon to visit my Gramps and I found one there at a surf shop. really fun, kinda hard to learn you just gotta take risks and not care about falling down. The one I have is about 1/2 or 3/4 as big as a shortboard surfboard. you see them going on the wave and stuff but you have to be a pro or somthing. heres a pic of some

yea my buddy has a victoria skim board. i was riding it once. i wanna get one of the foam boards. then you can tzake them out in the water. i wanna go again soon. if anybodys got a foam skim board and interested in selling it email me at nmbrsnowboarder@hotmail.com

i can do spins 1080s revert type stuff, shuvits things like that, you can do alot of skate type tricks, idk about flip tricks though if never seen it done

It's easy enough to make one, u just have to find the shape u want and do a lot of sanding, thats what all my frinds have done. People can do 1080s and stuff on ones they made

i saw skimboarding once on bluetorch as well and they were flipping of waves and stuff, it looks sick, is it difficult to do?

I tried it.I got so much sand up my shorts by the end of the day.It was fun though.
