I find it easiest to cut out full into the heel side flats, then kick out the rear of the board to initiate a backside surface three. Once the fins break loose, the board slides effortlessly. Its easy cause the handle pass happens right away. _________________ Long Island, NY & Canada Lake, NY (addirondacks)

I would concentrate on keeping the handle at your hips no matter if you want to do FS or BS. When completing the handle pass make sure that gets done first and then finish the rotation with your board and body. I'll see if I can get you a video.
Also what you can try to make it easier is take a really hard cut out on your toes. When you are at the peak of your cut reaching around for the handle should almost be effortless. Then just do the 360. _________________ http://www.learnwake.com/amember/go.php?r=253&i=l1 |

You could also ride finless, i like riding with no fins anyways, but it makes doing your 360s super easy
Also, you could practice the handle pass on a kneeboard
When im at my apt at college ( away from the lake ), i tie my handle to the door handle and practice my handle passes jumping |
