and please don't upload the vids on youtube as they re-compress vids and makes 'em look like crap.
compress your vid to <20mb and upload 'em onto wakepics.com.

And I am all for this, I love seening vids folks have made on here, and checking out some pictures. As a matter of fact, yesterday was out first day, and we snapped a few pics, so well get stuff goin in just a min..

We now accept uploads up to 90MB. We recompress to flash like youtube does, however, we will maintain the same quality as you provide unless that bitrate is > 550kbps, and then we re-code.
Videos are resized to 480x360 for standard video, and we also now have the ability to accept 16:9 videos (widescreen), and they are resized to 480x270.
We seem to do really well when videos are uploaded in an AVI container with the XVID encoding scheme. MP4 Quicktime MOV's also fair quite well.
