Board racks for a pylon

Does anyone use a pylon with board racks on it? If so do you have a problem with the rope catching the boards?

You need to get an extension/rope guide thing. I have seen those on all the other pylons with racks.

The pylon itself can be set at different heights. We have it set at the highest stock height, with the rack set at a comfortable height to hold the boards & still not knock your head when moving around in the boat. When the rider is actually up & riding, it's far enough above the rack to clear the boards, boots & all. It does get snagged on a boot once in a while when turning around to pick up the rider, but it's no big deal.
