We soooo need more info...
ok here goes
Style Boat
Empty Weight
Loaded weight (as in how many people, Gallons of gas, equipment)- this is important
Do you want more top end speed.. or a better hole shot ?
Saltwater or Fresh ?
and finally, your driving habits (do you like to smash the gas and cut the wheel alot, or do you like to cruise mostly)
(I think I got everything)
ohh yeah... budget ? _________________ Need Marine Audio?!?!? I got watcha need!!! |

the one, What prop are you running now (make, size and pitch)? What is your end goal? What revs are you running now?
There's heaps of us that can advise you but we need more info just as InsaneGtp, said. _________________ www.AxisBoats.co.uk | www.Malibu-Boats.co.uk |

okokokok
My boat is a mako 23.1 (boston whaler type) I bought it from my father. Dry weight is around 4000lbs
+ 150 gal of gas ( 150X6lbs ) + 4-7 peoples ( 4-7X150lbs )
total of
something around 5650lbs.
My needs are more for a better hole shot but...speed is good too. But mainly for wakeboard so -> hole shot
I ride fresh water.
Actually there is no prop on the shaft -> everithing is brand new. But last years I was running a cheap 3 blades prop. I'M looking for some differents feelings...
3000-3500 rpm @ 21mph -> max rpm = 5200
Budget.... lets say sky's the limit
thanks for your fast answer dudes ! |

If you are using it for wakeboarding, do yourself a favor and get a nice 4 blade. Will help immensely with holeshot and the ability to hold speed. Any good prop shop should be able to tell you what pitch you need. _________________ WakeSurf and Wakesurfing News |
