Hello everyone. Just joined up recently after lurking for a while. Took some time to get my account activated because of the spammers, but anyway...

Just started boarding in late July and about to give it up for the year. It gets too cold around Halloween and not even a wetsuit would help. So far I've got the basic tricks down: wake 2 wake at 60', olly 180, 180 over the wake (but not quite over the other side), surface switch both sides, etc.... I've kind of hit a wall and can't progress on much more so maybe next year I'll get a little better.

I've got a 2007 Supra 24SSV Gravity Games boat and love it! Not many people around here that I know have wakeboats. I had a 25' Baja before this and was looking for a change of scenery and life. We boat on KY Lake and the Ohio/TN rivers and have been boating for about 4 years now.

Im riding on an O'Brien Vice 141 and my wife has an O'Brien Vixen 136.

work on switch...it only gets harder as you progress without learning. as for hitting a wall...work on grabing everything and taking that 180 w2w. dont be afraid to try new tricks...after all its just water Wink

Thanks for the info.... I"m doing a lot better with the switch now, but still a little awkward. I'm spending more time riding that way and crossing the wake then I am trying to jump.

Good times man! I went to high school in Somerset. I have been thinking about towing the boat out to hit up my old stomping grounds on Lake Cumberland. It would be great but I think I would go broke towing it over the mountians of West Va. I still think I may do it next summer.
