No. A lot of things change over time. More things are being discovered.
Penicillin and Sulfa was once this great medication considered a cure all. But guess what?
Diseases evolved, changed and adapted, so that the latest and greatest were no longer effective.
So other drugs were developed within the same family with slight modifications that ended up being effective.

But as the battle continues, there will be more changes over time that occur for survival.

Ok...let me break this down for you...My statement was that science had been dead wrong about many things one of them being Haeckel's embryo drawings. You stated "Last time Haeckel's drawings were even taught was in a book published in 1914. His drawing maybe mentioned in an introduction or referenced but are not studied." The reason they havent been taught since 1914 is that they were wrong and they know they were wrong hence my point is proved. Im not going to get sucked into an evolution debate with you or anyone else on this board. Its simply a boring discussion at this point that we have beat like a dead horse. In the end what evolutionst teach today as fact is actually an ever evolving theory in which many points will be proved wrong tomorrow. I find it ironic... I dont blame evolutionist for seeking the truth... whatever that may be for them or for you...

lcap, Convenient how science is responsible for almost every nice thing you enjoy the use of daily... including that nylon chest protector that keeps you so safe when you flip your gasoline burning quad with vulcanized rubber tires. This conversation/debate has been run into the ground on these forums and every other Internet forum. MM and I had an 18 page discussion about some of the fatal flaws in Macro Evolution--> Fish Yak to Human. I have brought up quantum physics, parallel universes, 21 dimension, life on Mars, etc.

We have agreed to be gentlemen and agreed to disagree. We have agreed each side requires "faith" to make it believable. Both require certain unknowns accepted as unknowns---definition of faith.

My beliefs are mine, yours are yours. My faith is not being pushed unto you and don't push yours onto me or anyone else. I respect every-ones beliefs/faith. I don't demean or belittle anyone for their faith. I expect the same respect.

No seriously, I have some pretty strong opinions in some areas, but am pretty neutral in many, many others.

Obviously I have strong opinions here, but dropping one liners and observing carnage seems much more fun to me right now than arguing an impossible argument!! Mr. Green
