So where are the good riding spots between FL and CA?
I'm flyin out to Surf Expo and then driving back to CA with a boat in tow. The plan is to try and get a few days of riding in on the way back, but we currently have no idea where to ride along the way. I'm really hoping to swing by TSR for a day and I think we have a spot in AZ somewhere, but aside from that if you guys could recommend some semi-decent spots that are in close proximity to whichever interstate you'd travel to get back to CA that's be awesome.
Thanks! _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

| Knoxville is a little out of the way. But if you are heading that direction you need to stop in North Alabama. I have a great place to ride and a few sliders in the ground. You can chill on the house boat or the lake house. |

If you are any where near Tennessee you need to ride on the tombigbee waterway there is almost always smooth water there. _________________ In God We Trust

You could make it to the Trinity River in Riverside, TX one of the best riding spots in the state IMO. _________________ There'll be two dates on your tombstone/ And all your friends will read 'em/ But all that's gonna matter is that little dash between 'em... |

Scott -
I'll back Vette 74 on the Trinity just north of Houston. The water is like the Delta without other boats for miles. You just need to watch out for Gators.
When going to TSR, plan a day for Austin's lakes, and think about going to Bennett's ski school in Zachary LA on the way.
When driving through Texas, drop off some In-N-Out burgers for the Califronia transplants! |
