Yea there actually quite easy once you get you do your first one.
Are you practicing with a rope or not?
Get a good bounce going and once your on your way up right after your press off the tramp just throw your weight towards your back shoulder and it will rotate you around. If this isnt helpful ask me to explain more next time because I dont really know how to explain it. _________________ 93 four winns

Not really. The trick is to wait long enough before you start rotating. I don't think it helps much besides learning the rotation, but wait until you are at the peak of your jump - then pull the rope to your hips and rotate. Pulling the rope in should help you get around. |

everytime I try a backroll on the tramp its really sketchy. I always go to far off on to the side of the tramp or the springs.
I've fell off 3 times trying backrolls. |

| if you are going way off to the side you aren't waiting to be up off the tramp like the posts above were saying....this is much like you must pop off the wake on a backroll b4 throwing it or you won't get height and your rotation will be off....just wait that extra half second to throw it and use the same rotation you were using assuming you were rotation them fine b4. To be honest w/ you though backrolls on the tramp are not that helpful to you though or at least they weren't for me |

this kinda is the sissy way out, but it is what i do anytime i learn something new, and it doesnt take too much courage
this mainly had just helped me with the backroll but what i would do is just hold on to the rope (with just one hand, but two prob. wouldnt hurt) of course i would be pointed in the same direction that i would be if i was on the water and then just do a very small jump and slam my head to my shoulder and come around and land with just 3/4's rotation landing on the mat with my front hip
sorry if this doesnt help any, but it worked well for me, i guess it is good because you can easily do it without much air so you shouldnt be worried about flying off. and the reason it is good to have a hand on the handle, for me at least, is because you can pull on it and use it to get you around faster and plus it is always good to just have something to grip really tight when you are trying something new, good luck! _________________ She will be mine, oh yes, she will be mine. |

I have a net so I don't have to worry about flying off :]
Thanks a bunch, maybe this will help me to get in my head to now throw it right off the wake |
