So I am still having trouble making myself do this on the tramp. I really want this trick.. Everytime I try I dont get the full rotation and end up doing some crazy kind of tanny to blind. Any suggestions would be mucho appreciated. _________________ www.blackwaterrydas.com |

flyhigh, I had the same problem for a long time. You just have to keep working at it. Try to wait to throw the rotation and try to make the spin as fluid as possible. You want to focus on not only throwing it with your upper body but letting your lower body rotate also. I would try to throw it like crazy with my upper body but my lower wouldn't follow. Just keep working on it and it will come. Took me almost a year to get down consistently. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

flyhigh, I was getting really close earlier this summer but I seem to have lost whatever progress I made. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

| I have been trying to do them on the water as well but whenever i do them i do a crook. I start off good then spin to blind and stop rotating and then seem to get pulled back. Is this just becuz i am not keeping my hand up by my face long enough? |
