I am 6'2", I weigh 210 lbs.

I've been wakeboarding for a while, but I'm just not getting up in the air like I want to. It could also be my board.

What is the correct boat speed for somebody my height and weight, and what is the best rope length? And, what length of board should I be using?

Currently, I'm not able to get more than 4 feet up.

Thanks.

it all relies on your preference, personally, i like a longer rope and a faster speed cause i feel that when you are going faster. the boat naturally pulls you into the wake more.

if i were you id be trying different speeds and rope length. see which you like best

and for a board, you should be using at least a 140

Sombeech,
I normally get a good feel for what speed i like most, and then adjust the rope out to where i can hit the W2W consistently.

If you're 210 lbs., you need to at least be riding at 22 mph to avoid "sinking" when you start your edge back in. Like wake.12 said, your board needs to be at least 140 just to make things easier for you. Rope length should be short enough that you can still clear the wake toeside (assuming that's your weaker side) without having to charge it. Start at 65' and move back if you find yourself consistently landing in the trough on w2w jumps.
