My friend has a 2007 Bu, 23 LSV. We are not new to wake surfing, but new to this boat. We have the the supreme dialed, and even my T-5 dialed in to drop the handle. The bu is kicking our butts on this one.

The wake feels like it has no power behind it. So far we have tried full ballast left, full in front, an extra 200 lbs of lead, and of course moving the heaviest humans around the boat. It still seems like there is no "pull" to the wake. We are able to drop the handle, but it is a HELL of a lot of work to keep up with the boat, lots of pumping and working.
My friend is on the bu crew site trying to get more information, I am trying here... D88, any ideas?

Wedge down, trimmed up a bit if it's the power wedge. Center and bow ballasts filled, surf side rear ballast tank filled. 750lb fatsac on top of that tank and a few hundred lbs in the bow. Move everyone to the surf side as well.

The LSV is a big boat and will require a bit more weight to get the wake going. But once you do it will be one of the best in the world IMO.

Have a look at this for some tips

The LSV likes a little weight in the front.

RiverRunner's article will tell you where to put them.

I've noticed trim tabs and wake plate (wedges) have a major affect on wake surfing! I have found that you can have TOO MUCH weight in the rear and not enough in the front. The wedges actually distort the wake in most of the cases I've seen. So to let the wedge do it's job, you have to weigh down the front to even out the load!
