Just installed an auto ballast, but water back siphons, so anybody know where to get check valves to stop this? I need three.

Just get some low backpressure check valves from Lowes or Home Depot and just make sure that you have the orientation correct in order for them to work properly.

Use "swing type" check valves...search around for my "how to" on ballast systems...
