I know they exist for cars, anything similar for boats? I've had several problems with my new boat and my dealer, just wondering what action I can take against them.

I've been looking through this all morning, this is the best site I've found so far

www.lemonlawamerica.com and you can click on your state to read the lemon laws. From what I've read I don't think boats are covered under current motor vehicle lemon laws.

I'd check with the State. Different states have different laws.

Usually, you have to have repeatedly brought the boat in for repairs. There may be a monetary limit, or just a number of repairs limit.

A google search will do you better than looking here.

Hope these help.

If the dealer isnt taking care of you, call the factory on them, all warranties should be in effect on your new boat, and you should be being taken care of. what type of boat (I would love to know)????
