i am making some tower speakers and i have many questions

1)What are better for clear sound 6.5's or 6X9's?
2) Do i need a Aftermarket Deck?
3) Do i need to have an amp?
4) how do i ground the amp?
5) can i use a car amp?
6) do i have to use an amp?

3. Depends on how many speakers your cd player can do, but yes it ould help.
4. mine is grounded on the ground post on the battery.
5. yes as long as you are sure it won't get wet.

Well I am going to assume you are going to use an amp to power your tower speakers, and all you have to look at on the cd player is in the back see if it has the rca output things, which it should, and it will be fine.
