I have a sweet 2003 B-52V, I love it on the whole, but has any other B-52 owners noticed how inconveniantly placed the oil dipstick is? It is such a bitch to check the oil. Is there a reason for this nonsensical placement? I mean... what is- the deal? Also, the fuse on the ballast blew after only a few hours of use, does anyone think this could be because of a problem with the ballast or do you think it was just a bad fuse?

PCM isnt it??? its not MB's fault on the dipstick, every engine manufacturer has something in the boat that is a #@!@* to get to. Get rid of the fuse and put in a 15 to 20 amp breaker on it, that will fix that (use the same type of breaker that is behind all of your acs. switches)Theres an MB dealer in colorado? _________________ Live to fix so you can ride |

| I have an 02 - Don't care about the dipstick that much - it's a bit of a pain but the PCM doesn't use any oil really. - AS for the fueses - I had the same thing.. - It's just the fueses.. I replaced them and I haven't had a problem since. |
