he tels me and johny_wa, hey, i got a malibu Wakesetter VLX, you guys wanna go ride?

so we take down his # and are hoping later in the week to hit it up.

im exited. kindof made my day.

sort of...i met kmagnuss on these forums but he happens to live 30 minutes away and he's got a pimp malibu v-drive and he's hooked my friend and i up with a few pulls. i've been waiting for an opportunity like that for YEARS!! p.s. thanks keith

I met a guy at a party I had who has a lakehouse 45 minutes away, and has a wakesetter. Needless to say i was happy. We should be going out later this week or month.

being there myself, the guy kind of chimed in mid-conversation and made it a point to mention he had a sweet new VLX. Upon asking if he rode in our general area, he specified his riding location was almost strictly Ridgefield, after which, he exchanged numbers so as to meet a few people who are always up for day on the river.. No gay intonations right? Laughing

Me and my wife went dont to check out a place on a local river , didnt even drag the boat , just wanted to look around and check ramps and water . One of the ramps we went to was a group of 3 people about to put in an 04 bu vlx , so i was askin then if they rode there much and how the water was and such , when all of a sudden they asked if we would like to join them Surprised

!! We didnt bring boards or even have our swim wear on , but how could we turn this down , so ended up liking the people and now we have been invited to stay at there cabin every weekend of the summer . Crazy cool , and a perfect reflection of how the members of this sport should act !!!
