HHI Dave, if you would a bought em off of buywake.com, we woulda had problems. I was planning on getting those bindings, one day when I went to check if they still had my size they were sold out of my size, now I have to spend 20 bucks more for the normal ones. Evil or Very Mad

LFPIMP, I came home buzzed about a week ago and pulled the trigger on a set of regular '06 Shanes from Performance for around $200.00 shipped online. While that's not a bad price, I still believed there were better deals to be had. I woke up the next day with a bit of buyer's remorse. As fate would have it, I got an email that day from Perf Ski saying that they didnt have my size in stock. They offered me the '07 Shanes for $359.00. That's still not a bad deal. But once again, l couldn't justify spending that much money. Especially when I had passed on some '07 Shanes in the Classified section for $330.00.

I saved "Shanes" in my Ebay favorite searches and got daily email updates for about 2 weeks. Last night, this deal was waiting in my inbox when I got home from work. Sounded too good to be true. As soon as they're in my hands I'll let out my breath. Wink

BTW, if anyone with small feet is looking for some '06 Shanes, boardstop.com still shows them in stock. Size 5-7 for $120.00. Now that's cheap.

i got these bindings about 3 months ago. really nice bindings. get some rope the same size as the laces as the laces are crap and only last a few months. caught me out at a beggining of a ride and had to tie it up like my shoes, not to bad for boat but i was ridin cable and coudltn get them off

other than that there crackin

I couldn't find an 07 setup thread so I'll hop on Dave's thread.

Here is my new for 07, 06 142 Substance and 06 Transits. Rode it 2x so far and I'm loving it. Coming from a Fish with Elements, its quite a nice ride. Getting some help with the break in from my little man.

LFPIMP, Thos 06's are FAST systems, with the lace clips, and they right right on. Good luck finding them in the mainstream sizes (M-XL) as they are pretty well sold out. They are awsome though. Support with mobility, and comfort is top notch.

kavlock99, Here's the current setup. I plan to upgrade the board to a PS3 someday soon I hope. The Shanes are awesome. Comfy as hell, easy to get in and out of, but still real supportive. I can't imagine riding any other bindings right now.
