Picked this up today and it has the regular kicker TE stereo. There are six little dials on the amp, and was wondering what exactly they do. Sorry about pic quality, only had the old camera

Also, where is the second battery located? I know about the battery in the compartment behind the drivers seat, but where is the second one? I got the TE so it is supposed to have dual batteries

The second battery is under the rear left corner seat. There is now a screwed down board to access that. Just lift up the seat cushion and it is there.

I looked in the bow and didn't find one.

Also, on the amp it says "AMP 2 BASS BOOST," I don't have 2 amps, so does that mean only the ones with AMP 1 written affect anything?

What does AMP "1 GAIN" and "AMP 2 GAIN" or "AMP 1 X-OVER FREQ." mean?

Did you find the second battery case yet? The gain is how much power you are using out of the amp. Wierd anaology but look at it like this: when you adjust your powerwasher for different pressures - you are doing the same type of thing with the amp. Don't worry about the second amp part. You can tap a second amp into the kicker one if you had tower speakers. Have fun with the new toy!

wakeborder5, That is a four channel amp. They way Kicker sets them up is there are actually two amps.
Amp 1 is Channel 1-2
Amp 2 is channel 3-4

The gain controls the out put of the amp. The more gain the more power and distortion.
The amp has a variable Freq. You would set it depending on what it is driving. Lower for subs and higher for mids tweets.

Depends on how the amp is wired and what is hooked up to the channels.
Basic set up is

Channel 1 front left speaker
Channel 2 front right speaker
Channel 3 rear left speaker
Channel 4 rear right speaker

Like I said that is just the basic set up.

wakeborder5, If the amp is running the speakers and a sub. The speakers will be running off the front channels 1-2 the sub will be running off the rear channels.
