rack on side railing

i've searched and searched on here and the web and can't find anything that'll work. i have an older I/O and i'd like to put a tower on it, but not right now so instead i'm looking for a board rack that'll mount to the side railing. it would be nice to be removable, but does not have to be. here's a pic of what i'm thinking about. any ideas would be nice because i have no clue on what might work.
