Nice vid bro, next time make sure when u say wake to wake jump, make sure you go wake to wake, landing on the second wake after the first, i saw a couple "w2w"s that were just little wake jumps

things i would work on is a harder cut into the wake and standing tall, you will get a lot more air

OuachitaWaker, dude im not bashing his riding, i'm bashing his toolish website "wealthandbliss." i don't need to watch that video of him trying to be cool and help him promote his AMAZING lifestyle. i don't see how you're standing up for this guy other than maybe to cause some drama. it's people like him that give wakeboarders a bad name.

Not that I go over your post, seems youre looking for pointers and help to further your own riding. Youre right, thats not bad for a couple of days on the water, but you shoudl definately let us know youre looking for help rather than trying to showcase your ability, ya know?

Anyway, work on the W2W jumps. More progressive edge, harder cut, more pop at the wake. You can pretty easily double your height and be WAY more consistant with making it across if you simply work on your technique. Youre getting pulled off axis on the HS W2W 180. Keep the board in front of you. Maybe wait a little longer before pulling the spin. Also, your surface 360's if I recall were actually just BS 180s which are the more difficult ones, but I think theyre still 180s so you should label them as such.

It cool that youre documenting your progression as well as you have. Itll be cool to look back after a season, one year, two years, etc. Youll see how far and how quickly you progressed.

But just so that you dont run into people making fun of you, i would suggest labeling your posts as requests for help or critique on your riding.

Did you think maybe there is a little bit of a language barrier? Maybe this guy that is obviously new to the sport doesn't know exactly how to define what he is doing?
Its a good thing all of you were so naturally good at wakeboarding that you never needed to post up and ask for advice on your form and what not. You all are the ones who give wakeboarders a bad name, not this guy. There is nothing I hate more then seeing someone who is so full of themselves cause they can land something you can't. Its even worse to see people that are good boarders completely squash someone who is just starting out and trying to show what they can do and what they might need work on.
So, I stand by my comment: Craig-R, nfn, snooks, Rhawn, and screwston_boarder - You all are dicks. Hopefully a mod can come along and delete all of your worthless posts so this guy can have a thread that might actually help him progress in the sport.

I don't think I was trying to insult his riding or his progression... I hope he does well in the sport.

BUT I think that at least 2 of the following 3 statements are true.

1. He is promoting his web page.
2. He is promoting his video.
3. He is promoting his cult/religion/stateofmind.

For that he better provide good content. And it deserves to be judged much harder than the 15 year old that built his own winch and put up a video that he was proud of.

Craig-R, I looked at his site for a second and saw that its useless spam. But I still think he is trying to get help on his riding and everyone here is being overly harsh on him for what he does outside of riding. Being that he's a new member, and new to the sport I'd rather see him get the help he is trying to get then be bashed because he has some site non-related to the sport. I understand your reasoning but disagree with the way you went about getting your point across. If he was really trying to spam up the place wouldn't he have put links to his site in his sig and in his post?
