slider and kicker pics

These are from our first attempt at a slider or a kicker. I built them this winter

I like that kicker, thing looks sweet, you guys did a good job on them. What material did you use on the kicker??

Its called Filon. I own an RV repair shop, Filon is what is used on the laminated walls of some RVs. Its holding up really well so far, except for the leading edge. It seams the fins are catching it a little. I think I'm going to sink the lead edge a little more next time.

took a day to construct each one and another to paint, so three days total.

Umm.. maybe that something is just quite not right? I think he meant to say the shoulder area though, you know where your shoulder is, well there is a big gap there instead. And what is up with the big circular white cloud behind the rider?

I wouldn't give this one photoshop credit, I think its a mspaint job.

in the second on the board looks like five times bigger than the person and if you look at the plants in the background they are the same even tho you should not be able to see them from both angles

Surely this guy is smart enough to realize he would get called out for posting absolute b.s. in a slider-specific forum with a bunch of skilled and experienced wakeboarders.

The light fall / angle always makes it easy to spot fakes like these, as if it wasn't obvious enough Shocked

Compare the light on the kicker construction poles with the light on his right arm and board Rolling Eyes

I don't even think you have to look very hard at all to tell it's fake. The first time I glanced at it I could tell it was fake. Oh, and one of the pictures is reversed b/c of the treeline in the background.

hey guys its not photo shopped.... the picture is from a tube and the rope is to the tower on the boat.. thats why it looks liek that.. i'll post more to show
