I came up with this idea while I was in social class. I think the boat could drive right through it. I think it would be sweet. It isnt a very good diagram but I worked really hard on it.

what would it be made out of? cause i dont think you could have water all the way up the sides. so would it just be like landing on wood? i dont know if i could do that..

i haven't seen a diagram, but just thinking of it in my mind i know that prolly wouldn't work because any slight movement of the boat could pull the rider causing him to miss a landing etc etc etc....lots of problems could happen with a boat, BUT, it sounds like a cool concept. Maybe something involving a cable park would be more cost efficient.

But who knows

You mean kinda like this section from Shawn Murray Unleashed?
Looks like Activision already beat you to it.

Kinda like a halfpipe like they do it for snowboarding? I think i'm catching your drift, but that would have to be very long to get a good run in.

the rope would pull you away from it, so I don't think you would be able to land much.

You can be pretty sure if you were able to make something like that it would only end up with people getting hurt. There was a quarter pipe (at the Projects I think?) built a couple years ago and riders would get towed into it and try to do tricks off the top, but they ended up just getting bucked and being thrown out of control. Harris hit it and fell really awkwardly, landed on his arm at the base and broke it. Plus if you had a halfpipe you wouldn't be able to edge while on it, so you'd likely just end up slipping out.

i swear i came up with that idea before the game came out...i thought it would be a great idea at the time...but when i really started thinking about it...it would be too much work...

i think it would have to be made of a soft foam...and water pressure being forced up it...like they do in the inodoor surfing wavehouse thingys...and the water forced up would have to be more than a few inches deep so that your fins wouldnt catch on the foam

I saw a vid of something like that on Fuel, but it was a quarter pipe, and they just slung the riders into it. One guy landed down on the flat spot and go knocked out though.

I thought you could make it deep enough in the middle for a boat to drive through. You could have sump pumps in the water with hoses to get the pip wet. I am pissed about that "the bmp level is to high so i can't put on my friggan sweet diagram.

That’s quite a narcissistic statement. Are you so hubris as to believe that you are the only wakeboader that does not have a monosyllabic vocabulary?

Why not hit a straight loop and huck the handle. When you finish the loop, the rope will magically come back to you. Next, you can move on to the half pipe and throw some sick 1260 Supermans Very Happy

my thoughts exactly

i dont think its theoretically possible because the rope pulling you forward at 21 mph or so would tip you over when you land on the halfpipe...naa mean?
