Whos got a review on this? I am thinking about getting one without riding it first cuz I can't demo it anywhere. Of those of you who have ridden one, what do you think? I've only ridden an old Cassette so what should I expect? Will it be a good size for me? Im 6'3 190. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i have the catalyst 112, and i weigh 140, it is perfect for me. It is a really good skate, there has been few post on it already, u should check that out: http://forums.wakeboarder.com/viewtopic.php?t=6287&highlight=catalyst+116 and http://forums.wakeboarder.com/viewtopic.php?t=6538&highlight=catalyst+116 its also a good choice because it is made like a wakeboard, so it will last longer and look good for quite a while. I never rode a wakeskate before i got mine, and i got up on my 2nd dockstart, and 1st deep water start. After riding it twice i am doing lipslides, small ollies, and pops off the wake. I would highly reccamend it, if you want to get serious about wakeskating or you just want a high quality board that will last a long time.

to me (6'1, 190lbs) a 116 wakskate just seem big to me. I thought the 112 was a decent size. My fav was the 107 (but I was riding the cable). I haven't ridden the new skate (so I haven't ridden the 116), but IMO just seems a little big.

I agree, I like the byerly size better than the 116. If you plan on doing a lot more wake to wake tricks than tech it would be better. I prefer something smaller though and I'm about 180.

Just got my, 116 it is so sweet, it has great hold with out the fins and it will break loose when ever you want it to. I would recomend not even using the fins if you get one.i got mine at Wakeside.com
