Skylon Pole question?????

How does a skylon pole stay upright. Do you have to drill it into the bottom of your boat? OR does it stay up from the harnesses on it.

it is harnessed to the bow and it is also drilled into the floor of the boat

if you dont have ane existing pole they go into the floor

i was debating getting one of them for my gramps boat but your really better off getting a monster tower or something
monster towers are not to expensive
