| Is it possible to put a superchip inside a boat engine because would there be any way that the marine parts would not cooperate etc. |

I would think that it depends on the computer in the boat. Also, on a marine engine the cam, exhaust, heads, valves etc. are not the same as for example a standard GM 350. I'd suggest a lot of reserch before taking a automotive chip and putting it in a marine application. _________________ To suceed you must commit! |

I suspect that zero or nearly zero of the parameters used in a DOT vehicle will be the same as a marine application. Emissions, cooling, rpm...all different. I don't think there's any fruit here.
Changing your prop is more likely to help. _________________

In a naturally aspirated engine you usually just end up shifting the power band higher in the RPM, without much of a gain. It probably would not work out well in the marine application where we need torque down low.
As tball said, you're much better off re propping for whatever you want. Without an O2 sensor the engine cannot fine tune its stoichiometric ratio. _________________ wakeboards
