What are some things that I can do to help progress as a wakeboarder besides being on the water as much as possible? Exercises, balancing, etc. How much does/can cable riding help progress? Thanks in advance.
lift weights and stay on high protein diet. wakeboarding is intense cardio, and why some may disagree (saying it makes you stronger) it actually will make you weaker if you dont adjust to the stress your putting your self through. wakeboarding eats at every muscle group you have
