JL amplifier a good amp for my setup?

I know JL Audio makes some really good stuff, but are their amps good for a boat. I just bought 4 MB QUart tower speakers and was trying to find an amp for them. I was told that the JL A4300 would be a good amp but i found a JL E4300 and i was told its a better amp. Does anyone know which one is really better. Also both of them are 4 channel. But this amp will put out plenty of power for the 4 tower speakers right?
