This is kind of stupid,but can any brand of bindings fit on any brand of board? thanks!

like will hypperlite bindings fit on a liquid force board?

if that is the question in my experience yes

but be every careful when screwong thim in the screw that go with that binding might be longer and u could go trought the bottom of ur board

I believe some are compatible and some aren't. So I think the answer to your question is "it depends".

billabob1234, mostly all will be compatable with eachother, though if you tell us what board/bindings you are looking at we could tell you.
