cypher1024, Got a few Q's for ya then How are landings, the tracking, and the weight? I haven't heard a single review on this thing and I'm really curious about it. Went to the shop here that just got a ton of Ronix gear in today. They're just missing the Covin as well as the Vault and Cabals. _________________

wont get to ride until sunday unfortunately... but i can say that this thing is flippin light! i had an old Hyperlite Patos 136 with the Split bindings and i could easily tell the weight difference w/o any scales... but ill definately let you know how it actually rides later... one other thing, these bindings are insanely comfortable! the Cooker does its job and fits like a dream, if you ever need new bindings i highly suggest you give these a try!! |

Seth818, stepped it up and went with the Cabals. Still cookable and from what I've heard, they're like sex for your feet. How's the side to side support in the Cells? _________________

| QNev, the cells are nice, but they are really bendy in the ankles, whick feels odd coming from Parks boots. But I have to say the inner linging is like sex for your feet |

just got back from ridin and wow...the bindings rock!!!! definately like sex for your feet!! support was great, just enough flex for my liking but still great support. the board was just as nice. it was kinda tight but was still able to butterslide and break it loose fairly easily. landings were kinda harsh but bearable... was very impressed with the board but will probably demo a few others to be sure... o and already bought the bindings right after the first day |

Ohh I got the cells and the divides mixed up Apparently the divides are on the lower end of the line. Cabals are right in between. _________________

Bring it on!
Landings were a little bit sketchier than last board I had, since the Vault has a flat bottom. Now that I'm used to it (and put a little bit more weight on my back foot), landings are solid.
The board holds an edge really well (especially on the toe side, becuase of the extended profile). It transitions nicely from straight to sliding even with the standard 1" fin. Take the fins off though, and you lose a bit of edge hold, and it transitioning to sliding becomes a lot slipperier (sp??), but still tons of fun
The board is pretty light, even with closed-toe bindings on it. By itself, the 144cm Vault I have weighs 3.9kg (about 8.5lbs).
Trust me - you'll cream in your pants when you get out on it for the first time |

Haha, I just cancelled the order 5 minutes ago after recieving shipping options and costs. When I worked it out with duties and taxes and exchange rate it came to over $900!!! I'm going to have to look for something else.
The shop here just got some frontiers in, so I'll look at those. _________________

Actually thinking about the O'Brien Cartel now. Way cheaper as a package with the Xenons. Centre spine for softer landings too. _________________

Before you commit to anything, see if you can demo a Vault. |

I just noticed the Vault isn't semmetrical. I know it's to help your edging and all but I'm not sure how I feel about it. _________________
