What's a wake slide?

What is it called when youre doing a backside boardslide in the center of the wake? just a backside boardslide?

If by saying "the center of the wake" you mean in between the two wakes than its nothing but riding sideways. If you are on the peak of a wake, then its still a wakeslide or butter slide.

we call it a lipslide

butterslide in my opnion is in the flats...

WakeBoarder44, It depend on which side of your board goes over the wake. If the front of the board goes over, it's a wakeslide. If the back of the board goes over, it's a lipslide.

WakeBoarder44, No, a lipslide is when the back of your board goes over the obstacle you are sliding on, be it a wake or a rail.

Butter slide is when the rider has the front of there body toward the boat and goes turns the board to "grind" the wake in the middle of the board.

Lip slide is when the rider has there back to the boat and "grinds" the wake with the center of their board.
