We've had snow on the ground here for 1.5 weeks and my freakin' dog just chewed my boot laces to pieces  He even ate the liner lace system. He chewed them short enough that I can't re-lace them.
I'm going to email DC shoes and try to get replacement stuff. Hope they sell direct, since the shops in my area don't carry laces. They sell the boots but don't keep laces. I guess nobody ever ruins their laces.
Except me  I'm done venting now. Thanks for listening/reading.

Arr my dog ate my buddy's brand new $90 Smiths. Damn pooch.
Why reorder laces from DC? Just head up to the nearest dollar store and pick up some hockey laces.

QNev, I looking for the inside laces. The ones that are connected to the liner. I have the Outside laces taken care of now.
wakejumper17, that really bites! Pun intended Was it two twenties, or 40 Susan B's? You might find the Susans in the yard later.

Chili,
It was two twenties 
my dad gave me two more immediatly and then i found the other two in the yard and wore gloves and sprayed them down with the hose from far away, put them in plastic baggies (still with the gloves on..) and took them all to the bank..
then i had four twenties
but the banker lady looked at me funny when i handed her some wet and dirty money in a baggie hahahh |

Yeah, my dog decided my $100 Spy sunglasses were a good chew toy this weekend. Came home and there were little part of my sunglasses all over the house  Gotta love 'em. |

Grace B., I feel your pain. Rufus (the dog on trial here) got a hold of my Spy goggles also. He only marked them up a little. Still usable. I can't wait until he is through this destructive puppy stuff. Nothing is safe here.

| i would kill my dog if he ate my goggles.. my fathers dog ate my mothers stillettos the other day though.. i dont think she got an extra 40 dollars out of it like me though |
