a 45 degree ramp would be to much at lest it is with a skateboard, put it about 20 to 30 degree should work nice

90 degrees would make for a pretty funny video. 
nah but fer real..like 25-30 degrees would be good.

Yeah I'd say anywhere from 15 degrees if you want it to be pretty mellow to 30 degrees if you really want it to kick you up high.

30 would be super steep, but If you get the hang of it, that would launch you best. Kinda like the cheesewedge at o-dub. it's the smallest obstacle there, but by far the most fun
