Any body modify there carbed 351?

I have a 250 horse Indmar and wanted a little more power. I was told that the 285 horse Indmar had the addition of GT40P heads and that was it.
I was thinking of adding these heads with a Performer intake manifold and 1.7 Roller Rockers. Has anyone done something like this? What were the results?

you could change the prop pitch, would give you more power or speed but would lose a little of the other

i've been thinking of putting a set of aluminum heads and an intake on mine but if it ain't broke don't fix it. i still need a tower and sacs. it'll probly be years before i get around to it.
