My 1994 Prostar 205 came with a Zero Flex Flyer Tower which closely resembles that of the 1996 X stars tower (maybe it was the 1997 if the 96 had the pylon. The tower has twin legs that go down parallel to each other. Basically im wondering if any boats came stock with this tower and if they ever made a cover which went around this tower, with the velocro tower holes.
Ill try and take a pic of it as soon as i can.

Sweet set up man! Almost the same set up to my buddies 205.
You can retro fit your cover to work with the tower, the factory cover wasnt all that special for that vintage boat. If you have a canvas shop take it to them, they can cut the cover and install a system to keep everything tight.
If your cover is beat its worth having them make a whole new one. If thats the case have them make it cover farther down the side of the boat to keep the gel from fading.

Yea looks like a custom cover with some custom cuts to go around the tower will be the most economical for us. Im keeping my eyes out though.

I had a 1997 205d. That tower was the MC tower until about 2001 I believe. All the MC covers fit around it, including mine. I assume you can still order a cover for that boat from MC, it will be expensive. As people have suggested it might be cheaper to have a local guy make a custom one, it will also probably be better quality. FYI, and if you have not figured this out yet, get the best cover you can, nothing else will preserve your investment better (save regular oil changes!) and it will also save hours of cleaning time if it fits right.
