There's nothing wrong with old school, been there done that and had lots of fun. I just needed more room and wanted a newer boat. I think riding in an older boat with nearly no weight is like getting back to the roots of the sport.

Marty works for a Supra/Moomba dealer, and thus they "give" him a boat to use for a while to promote and then they end up selling it as a demo. So that's why it looks like one you might win.

myk, that is why dallaswakeboarding.com and n2wakeboarding.com were started..and thats the reason that we set up the Wakeboard Wednesdays....for people that are learning to have a chance to ride with people that are better than they are so they can learn faster. Everyone chips in gas money, so it isn't a waste. And, if you learn one thing, then its all worth it. The only way you will ever progress is to ride with someone that is better than you are.

Check out dallaswakeboarding.com for the times. It is usually around 5:30 or so...it varies every week though.

it floats so it works =) its actully a reall clean boat for its age and still runs very strong. No problems with it, still smooth and great compression.

(runs smooth as about any bigblock does hehe Razz
