I had the same question and found this:
http://www.wakeboarder.com/features/getbetterthiswinter.phtml

Seems to pretty much cover all the options.

khollin1, just gave you the best resource. I picked up an Indo Board for less than $100 off eBay and have really enjoyed it. It's cool because you can use it and watch TV at the same time. Usually I get most sore in my legs if I haven't boarded in a while but balance boards keep your leg muscles in pretty good shape. Working out will also help.

Don't worry too muh about missing some time on the water though. Sometimes an extended break with lots of visualization can be really helpful. If there were any tricks you didn't quite land or landed inconsistently then think about them and really try to figure out the physics behind them and why you may not have dialed it in. The videos are helpful for this too.

And if you're ever in Az let me know and I'll give you a pull so you don't get too rusty. If you end up travelling anywhere warm enough then just look on here or on Wakeworld for some locals there you can ride with.

Indo boards are great for decorating the baseboards of your walls with holes once you start trying to do tricks on them... Laughing
